What is neroli oil?
Neroli oil is extracted from the blossoms of the bitter orange, Citrus aurantium amara. The PureOil® variant is made via steam distillation of orange blossoms and originates from Morocco/Tunisia. The scent is fresh, floral, slightly sweet, and subtly citrusy.
How is neroli made?
The delicate orange blossoms are steam distilled. Because a large amount of blossoms is required for a small amount of oil, authentic neroli is generally a precious essential oil.
What does neroli smell like?
Neroli combines floral softness with a fresh, citrusy opening. The scent is less juicy than orange peel oil and much more floral. As a result, neroli fits well in both floral perfumes and light citrus blends.
Neroli in aromatherapy
Neroli is often chosen for calm scent and evening routines. Small studies on aromatherapy and mood are not evidence for the treatment of anxiety, insomnia, or other conditions, but the scent can naturally be experienced as pleasant or relaxing by individuals.
Diffuser
Use one to three drops according to the diffuser manual. Combine with bergamot, lavender, or sandalwood and ventilate the room.

Neroli + bergamot
A fresh floral citrus blend.
Neroli + lavender
