Lavender Essential Oil

For hair

1. Mix 2–4 drops of lavender oil with a carrier oil.

2. Rub between your palms to activate the oil.

3. Distribute through the lengths and ends of towel-dried or dry hair.

For the scalp

1. Mix 3–5 drops of lavender oil with a carrier oil.

2. Apply to the scalp with a pipette or fingertips.

3. Gently massage for 3–5 minutes.

4. Leave on for at least 30 minutes or use as an overnight scalp treatment. Then wash out thoroughly.

For skin

1. Carefully cleanse your face or skin.

2. Mix 2–3 drops of lavender oil with a carrier oil.

3. Apply to clean, dry skin.

4. Gently massage in with circular motions.

For nails

1. Mix lavender oil with a carrier oil.

2. Apply 1 drop to each nail.

3. Massage into cuticles and nails.

4. Allow to absorb completely for deep nourishment.

For diffusers

1. Add a few drops of lavender oil to the water reservoir of your diffuser.

2. Turn on the diffuser and spread the soft, soothing scent throughout the room.

3. Ideal for a relaxed and calm atmosphere at home.

Please note:Always dilute essential lavender oil with a carrier oil (such as jojoba, castor, or coconut oil) before use on skin, hair, or nails.
