Menthol Crystal - 100g

For steam & inhalation

1. Fill a bowl with hot, but not boiling water.

2. Add a very small piece of menthol crystal and let it dissolve completely.

3. Keep a sufficient distance from the steam and breathe calmly.

4. Use only a small amount, as menthol crystals are very concentrated.

For muscles & massage

1. Dissolve a small amount of menthol crystals completely in a carrier oil.

2. Mix well until all crystals are dissolved.

3. Massage the mixture onto the desired body parts.

4. Ideal for a cooling and refreshing massage sensation.

For the feet

1. Dissolve a small amount of menthol crystals in warm water for a foot bath.

2. Let the crystals dissolve completely.

3. Soak your feet for about 10–15 minutes.

4. Provides a fresh and cooling sensation to tired feet.

For skincare

1. Melt or dissolve a small amount of menthol crystals in a suitable carrier oil or cosmetic base.

2. Mix carefully until the crystals are completely dissolved.

3. Incorporate the mixture into, for example, a balm, cream or body oil.

4. Always use highly diluted and avoid eyes, mucous membranes and damaged skin.

For sauna & aromatic applications

1. First, dissolve a very small amount of menthol crystals according to the sauna's usage instructions.

2. Use the diluted mixture for a fresh menthol scent during the sauna session.

3. Always start with a minimal amount; due to the heat, menthol is experienced very intensely.

4. Do not place menthol crystals directly on hot stones, unless specifically permitted by the sauna manufacturer.

Please note: Menthol crystals are very concentrated. Always use small amounts and never apply the crystals directly and undiluted to the skin.
