Black Seed Oil (100% Natural & Cold-Pressed)

For hair

1. Mix 2–4 drops of black seed oil with a carrier oil.

2. Rub between your palms to activate the oil.

3. Distribute evenly through the lengths and ends of towel-dried or dry hair.

For the scalp

1. Mix 3–5 drops of black seed oil with a carrier oil.

2. Apply to the scalp using a dropper or fingertips.

3. Gently massage for 3–5 minutes.

4. Leave on for at least 30 minutes or use as an overnight scalp treatment. Then rinse thoroughly.

For skin

1. Cleanse your face or skin carefully.

2. Mix 2–3 drops of black seed oil with a carrier oil.

3. Apply to clean, dry skin.

4. Gently massage in with circular motions.

For nails

1. Mix black seed oil with a carrier oil.

2. Apply 1 drop to each nail.

3. Massage into cuticles and nails.

4. Allow to absorb thoroughly for deep nourishment.
