Frankincense Essential Oil

For skin

1. Cleanse skin and pat dry.
2. Mix 2–3 drops of frankincense oil with a carrier oil (e.g., jojoba, almond, or argan).
3. Apply to face or body and massage gently.

For hair

1. Mix 2–4 drops of frankincense oil with one tablespoon of carrier oil.
2. Distribute through hair lengths and ends.
3. Leave in for at least 30 minutes, then wash out.

For scalp

1. Mix 3–5 drops of frankincense oil with 1 tablespoon of carrier oil (e.g., castor or coconut).
2. Apply to the scalp with a pipette.
3. Massage for 3–5 minutes. Leave in for 30+ minutes or use as an overnight treatment.
4. Wash out thoroughly with shampoo.

For nails

1. Mix frankincense oil with a carrier oil.
2. Apply 1 drop per nail.
3. Massage into nails and cuticles. Do not rinse.
