Peppermint Essential Oil

For hair

1. Mix 2–4 drops of peppermint oil with a carrier oil.

2. Rub between your palms to activate the oil.

3. Distribute through the lengths and ends of towel-dried or dry hair.

For the scalp

1. Mix 3–5 drops of peppermint oil with a carrier oil.

2. Apply to the scalp with a dropper or fingertips.

3. Gently massage in for 3–5 minutes.

4. Leave on for at least 30 minutes or use as an overnight scalp treatment. Then wash out thoroughly.

For skin

1. Cleanse your face or skin carefully.

2. Mix 2–3 drops of peppermint oil with a carrier oil.

3. Apply to clean, dry skin.

4. Gently massage in with circular motions.

For nails

1. Mix peppermint oil with a carrier oil.

2. Apply 1 drop to each nail.

3. Massage into cuticles and nails.

4. Allow to absorb completely for deep nourishment.

For the diffuser

1. Add a few drops of peppermint oil to the water reservoir of your diffuser.

2. Turn on the diffuser and spread the fresh, invigorating scent throughout the room.

3. Ideal for a clean, energetic atmosphere at home.
