Amla Oil 100% Pure & Cold-Pressed

For the hair

1. Apply pure amla oil or mix with a light carrier oil.

2. Rub between your palms to distribute the oil.

3. Distribute evenly through the lengths and ends of towel-dried or dry hair.

For the scalp

1. Apply pure amla oil or a blend with a carrier oil to the scalp.

2. Use a dropper or your fingertips.

3. Gently massage in for 3–5 minutes.

4. Leave on for at least 30 minutes or use as an overnight treatment. Then wash out thoroughly.

For the skin

1. Cleanse the skin carefully.

2. Apply a small amount of pure amla oil or a mixture with a carrier oil.

3. Gently massage into clean, dry skin.

For the nails & eyelashes

1. Apply a drop of amla oil to each nail or to the lash line with a clean brush.

2. Gently massage into the cuticles or allow the oil to absorb into the eyelashes.

3. Allow to absorb completely for intensive care.

Tip:Amla oil can be mixed with a lighter oil, such as jojoba or almond oil, for smoother application.
