Hoe Te Gebruiken

For hair

1. Mix 2–4 drops of fennel oil with a carrier oil.

2. Rub between your palms.

3. Distribute through the lengths and ends of towel-dried or dry hair.

 

For the scalp

1. Mix 3–5 drops of fennel oil with a carrier oil.

2. Apply to the scalp with a dropper or fingertips.

3. Gently massage for 3–5 minutes.

4. Leave on for at least 30 minutes or use as an overnight treatment. Then rinse thoroughly.

 

For skin

1. Carefully cleanse the skin.

2. Mix 2–3 drops of fennel oil with a carrier oil.

3. Apply to clean, dry skin.

4. Gently massage in.

 

For nails

1. Mix fennel oil with a carrier oil.

2. Apply 1 drop per nail.

3. Massage into nails and cuticles.

4. Allow to absorb thoroughly.

 

For the diffuser

1. Add 3–5 drops of fennel oil to the water reservoir.

2. Turn on the diffuser.

3. Enjoy a fresh, spicy, and relaxing scent.
