Chamomile Essential Oil

For hair

1. Mix a few drops of chamomile oil with a carrier oil (e.g., jojoba or almond oil).

2. Gently warm the mixture between your palms.

3. Apply to the lengths and ends of towel-dried or dry hair.

4. Leave in for extra softness, shine, and a calming effect on the hair.

For the scalp

1. Mix a few drops of chamomile oil with a carrier oil.

2. Apply the mixture directly to the scalp with your fingertips.

3. Gently massage for 3–5 minutes to soothe and nourish the scalp.

4. Leave on for at least 30 minutes or use as an overnight treatment. Rinse thoroughly afterwards.
