Pumpkin Seed Oil - 100% Pure & Cold Pressed

For hair

1. Apply pure pumpkin seed oil or mix with a light carrier oil.

2. Rub between your palms to distribute the oil.

3. Distribute through the lengths and ends of towel-dried or dry hair.

For the scalp

1. Apply pure pumpkin seed oil or a blend with a carrier oil to the scalp.

2. Use a dropper or your fingertips.

3. Gently massage in for 3–5 minutes.

4. Leave on for at least 30 minutes or use as an overnight treatment. Then rinse thoroughly.

For skin

1. Carefully cleanse your face or skin.

2. Apply a small amount of pure pumpkin seed oil or mix with a carrier oil.

3. Apply to clean, dry skin.

4. Gently massage in with circular movements.

For nails

1. Apply a drop of pumpkin seed oil to each nail.

2. Massage into cuticles and nails.

3. Allow to absorb thoroughly for intensive care.
