Vanilla Oil

For hair

1. Mix 2–4 drops of vanilla oil with a carrier oil.

2. Rub between your palms to activate the oil.

3. Distribute along the lengths and ends of towel-dried or dry hair.

For the scalp

1. Mix 3–5 drops of vanilla oil with a carrier oil.

2. Apply to the scalp with a pipette or fingertips.

3. Gently massage in for 3–5 minutes.

4. Leave on for at least 30 minutes or use as an overnight scalp treatment. Then wash out thoroughly.

For skin

1. Cleanse your face or skin carefully.

2. Mix 2–3 drops of vanilla oil with a carrier oil.

3. Apply to clean, dry skin.

4. Gently massage in with circular movements.

For nails

1. Mix vanilla oil with a carrier oil.

2. Apply 1 drop to each nail.

3. Massage into cuticles and nails.

4. Allow to absorb completely for deep nourishment.

For the diffuser

1. Add a few drops of vanilla oil to the water reservoir of your diffuser.

2. Turn on the diffuser and spread the warm, spicy scent throughout the room.

3. Ideal for a pure, warming atmosphere in your home.
