For hair

1. Apply a small amount of olive oil to your palms.

2. Warm the oil by rubbing it between your hands.

3. Distribute evenly through the lengths and ends of towel-dried or dry hair for extra shine and nourishment.

For the scalp

1. Take a few drops of olive oil.

2. Apply directly to the scalp with your fingertips or a pipette.

3. Gently massage for 3–5 minutes.

4. Leave on for at least 30 minutes or use as an overnight treatment. Then wash out thoroughly.

1. Cleanse your face or body thoroughly.

2. Apply 2–3 drops of olive oil to clean, dry skin.

3. Gently massage in with circular motions for hydration and soft, supple skin.
