For hair

1. Mix 2–4 drops of clove oil with a carrier oil.

2. Rub between your palms to activate the oil.

3. Distribute through the lengths and ends of towel-dried or dry hair.

For the scalp

1. Mix 3–5 drops of clove oil with a carrier oil.

2. Apply to the scalp with a dropper or fingertips.

3. Gently massage for 3–5 minutes.

4. Leave on for at least 30 minutes or use as an overnight scalp treatment. Rinse thoroughly afterward.

For skin

1. Cleanse your face or skin thoroughly.

2. Mix 2–3 drops of clove oil with a carrier oil.

3. Apply to clean, dry skin.

4. Gently massage in with circular motions.

For nails

1. Mix clove oil with a carrier oil.

2. Apply 1 drop to each nail.

3. Massage into cuticles and nails.

4. Allow to absorb completely for deep nourishment.

For the diffuser

1. Add a few drops of clove oil to the water reservoir of your diffuser.

2. Turn on the diffuser and spread the warm, spicy scent throughout the room.
