You pay for the product yourself, but will receive the full purchase amount back after completing the questionnaire (approximately 3 minutes).

How often can I participate?

As often as you like! We select new testers for each new round.

What happens to my feedback?

Your feedback will be used anonymously to improve our products, packaging, and explanations.

Can I also write a review?

You can, but it is not mandatory. We only ask you to fill out a short questionnaire. Would you like to post a review yourself after that? We would greatly appreciate that.

How long will it take to get my money back?

Within 2-3 business days after we have received your completed questionnaire and order number.

Can I also write a review?

Yes, our packaging is sustainable and carefully chosen. We use FSC-certified kraft paper, sourced from responsibly managed forests. All our oils are packaged in brown glass, which protects the oil from sunlight and preserves its quality – without the use of plastic. This way, we combine sustainability with optimal product protection. With every purchase, you contribute to a more beautiful planet.

How long will it take to get my money back?
