2.2 Offers and prices may be changed without prior notice. Errors and typos are reserved.

3. Orders

3.1 After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3.2 PureOil® reserves the right to refuse an order or request additional information.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the webshop.
4.2 The order will only be shipped after full payment has been received.

5. Delivery

5.1 We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.
5.2 Delivery times are indicative and cannot lead to compensation or cancellation.
5.3 Shipping takes place via recognized carriers.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

6.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.
6.2 The product must be returned unopened, undamaged, and in its original condition.
6.3 Return costs are at your own expense, unless it is an error by PureOil®.
6.4 After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days.

7. Warranty and Complaints

7.1 PureOil® guarantees the quality of the delivered products.
7.2 Do you have a complaint? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@pureoil.nl. We will work together to find a suitable solution.

8. Liability

8.1 PureOil® is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products.
8.2 Our total liability at all times remains limited to the amount of the respective order.

9. Privacy

9.1 PureOil® respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Please consult our Privacy Policy on the website for this.

10. Applicable Law

10.1 These terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
10.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
