Myrrh Essential Oil

For hair

1. Mix 2–4 drops of myrrh oil with 5 ml of carrier oil (approx. 1–2%).

2. Rub between your palms.

3. Distribute through the lengths and ends of towel-dried or dry hair.

For the scalp

1. Mix 3–5 drops of myrrh with 5 ml of carrier oil (approx. 2–3%).

2. Apply to the scalp with a dropper or fingertips.

3. Gently massage for 3–5 minutes.

4. Leave on for at least 30 minutes or use as an overnight treatment. Then wash out thoroughly.

For skin

1. Cleanse the skin carefully.

2. Mix 2–3 drops of lemon with 5 ml of carrier oil (approx. 1–2%).

3. Apply to clean, dry skin.

4. Gently massage in.

For nails

1. Mix 1 drop of myrrh with 5 ml of carrier oil (approx. 1%).

2. Apply to each nail.

3. Massage into nails and cuticles.

4. Allow to absorb well.

For the diffuser

1. Add 5–8 drops of myrrh to the water reservoir (approx. 100–200 ml of water).

2. Turn on the diffuser.

3. Enjoy a fresh, sweet, and relaxing scent.

Please note:Always dilute with a carrier oil (recommended 1–3%). For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and keep out of reach of children. Do not use during pregnancy and keep away from babies.
