For hair

1. Mix 2–4 drops of rosemary oil with a carrier oil.

2. Rub between your palms to activate the oil.

3. Distribute through the lengths and ends of towel-dried or dry hair.

For the scalp

1. Mix 3–5 drops of rosemary oil with a carrier oil.

2. Apply to the scalp with a pipette or fingertips.

3. Gently massage for 3–5 minutes.

4. Leave on for at least 30 minutes or use as an overnight scalp treatment. Then wash out thoroughly.

For skin

1. Thoroughly cleanse your face or skin.

2. Mix 2–3 drops of rosemary oil with a carrier oil.

3. Apply to clean, dry skin.

4. Gently massage in with circular motions.

For nails

1. Mix rosemary oil with a carrier oil.

2. Apply 1 drop to each nail.

3. Massage into cuticles and nails.

4. Allow to absorb thoroughly for deep nourishment.

For diffusers

1. Add a few drops of rosemary oil to the water tank of your diffuser.

2. Turn on the diffuser and spread the warm, herbaceous scent throughout the room.

3. Ideal for a clean, warming atmosphere in your home.
