Not entirely satisfied with your order? No problem. At PureOil, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt.

Returns

Do you want to return a product? Send the product back within 30 days of receipt. We ask you to return the product, as far as reasonably possible, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Always include your name and order number with your return shipment so that we can process your return quickly.

Register your return

We appreciate it if you register your return with us in advance. To do this, send an email to info@pureoil.nl with your name, order number, and the product you wish to return.

Exchanges

Would you prefer to exchange a product for another product? Please contact us via info@pureoil.nl. We are happy to explore the possibilities with you.

Opened products

Due to the nature of our oils and care products, certain products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if a seal has been broken, insofar as the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies.

Return costs

The costs for returning an order are at your own expense. Has something gone wrong with your order or have you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product? Please contact us first via info@pureoil.nl so that we can resolve this for you.

Refund

Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the due amount via the same payment method you used to pay for the order.

We will process your refund as quickly as possible after your return has been received and checked.

Received a damaged or incorrect product?

We are happy to help you resolve this. Send an email to info@pureoil.nl with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the received product. We will contact you as soon as possible with a suitable solution.
